Your order will be popped in the mail as soon as possible, please allow 1-2 business days before shipment.

Our Christmas 2024 parcel sending guidelines will give you plenty of time to shop and prepare to send your gifts well in advance.

You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation. Once your order has been shipped Settler Hives can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. 

All orders are shipped from Toowoomba Queensland, Australia.

RETURNS

Our suppliers offer a high guarantee in germination success giving us confidence in the viability of our seeds sold. If you are confident in your planting practises and disappointed with the germination of our seeds please do not hesitate to contact us and send a message and we will arrange your item/s to be exchanged.

If you are dissatisfied with the condition of any of our products on arrival please do not hesitate to contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will be glad to make it right.
